Rosedale State School - RDSS

The Rosedale station (RDSS) was established on 9 August 2004, as a three year collaborative project between the Central Queensland Seismic Research Group, the Rosedale State School, and the Miriam Vale Shire Council. Its principle purpose was to provide a teaching resource for the Rosedale State School students and staff. Its use as a research seismic monitoring station was subordinant to its principle use.

The station commenced operation on 9 August 2004 and was decommissioned on 18 November 2007.

Seismograms of interest recorded by the RDSS station during the three years of its operation are available as SUDS Seismogram Files.
